Where is the barn?

The Barn BCS is located just a short distance from Houston, Navasota, Brenham, Round Top, Hearne, and Conroe.

How big is the barn?

The Barn BCS sits on an acre and can easily accommodate up to 150+ guests.

Do you have overnight accommodations?

At the moment we do not offer overnight accommodations but our venue is close enough to the city that there are plenty hotels within a 15 mile radius.

Can we visit The Barn BCS to tour the property? If so, how?

How many cars can you accommodate in your parking lot?

We have sufficient on-site parking with extra space for over-flow as well.

Can I add more time to my event?

Yes! Be sure to check with us for availability.

Do you offer in house decoration?

We have a preferred Vendor that has a variety of styles for decorations.

Is alcohol permitted?

Yes!
Alcohol must be served by a TABC certified bartender.  Please note that due to the state law, a security officer must be present while there is alcohol being served.

Do you have space for a live band?

Yes! Our courtyard has an ample stage with plugs nearby ready for any live performance.

How can we book an event? What's the payment schedule?

To book your date you will need to sign our agreement contract and submit the security deposit.

 Final payment is due three months before your event date.

What is included in my package?

We include tables and chairs, indoor sound system and a flat screen, cleaning, outdoor facilities, a ceremony site, an indoor and outdoor bar, a designated catering area, A/C and heat, along with an Venue Representative.
All wedding packages include acess to the Bride & Groom suite. We also provide setting up/taking down Ceremony and Reception events.
